Dutch Retail Gala 2002

During an exclusive gala in the Utrecht (NL) Central Studios all Dutch Retail Awards 2002 were announced. Boutique Annick Goutal Parfums was the proud winner of a special award for excellent customer services.
The jury was quite explicit in her findings:

" Good service needs no bush. Driven by her faith in the brand Lianne Tio presents in her chique and exclusive boutique the creations of French perfumer Annick Goutal. Customers are treated as guests and are warmly welcomed in her shop. The stimulating enthusiasm of the host, her strive for perfection and service built on human values create a strong base for a confident customer relationship, translated into highly loyal customers and the ultimate customer satisfaction. "
